Casa de la India works with its board of trustees and other institutions to promote scholarship and internship programmes, while also participating in various programmes offered by different public administrations.
It provides regular information on calls for applications for ICCR (Indian Council for Cultural Relations) scholarships from the Indian government aimed at Spanish students who wish to pursue undergraduate, postgraduate or research studies at various universities and educational institutions in India.
Scholarship and internship agreements
Casa de la India also participates in scholarship and internship agreements with the University of Valladolid, in the framework of various programmes such as the Work Experience programme, the Degree in English Studies and the Master’s Degree in Cultural Economics and Cultural Management.
Casa de la India also participates in external internship programme of other universities such as the University of Salamanca and collaborates with vocational training centres that are part of the training programme of the Regional Government of Castile and León.
All these programmes aim to introduce students to the international and multilingual environment of Casa de la India: its methods, working techniques and organisation as a work experience and practical complement to their studies.
